London has a new "cycle scheme" which our slightly crazy and ever-bumbling mayor Boris Johnson has been promoting. I happen to work where millions of these new rental bikes are available and for some reason it's very funny to actually see people riding them.
I took this picture between work and Waterloo Station, where there must be 5 or more docking stations. More info here if you're interested..
